How to get your products from The U.S. to Africa.
Step 1: Pick the products that you wish to purchase on our store
Customers choose to purchase products online from The United States because of the higher quality and availability of products.
If there are specific products you would like to purchase from The U.S., let us know and we will add them to our store.
Step 2: Complete the checkout process
During the checkout process, you can enter your address or the address to our warehouse in Kampala.
If you do not have an acceptable form of payment for online shopping. Text us +1 617-515-7291 and we may be able to help.
You may purchase the goods to lock in your price, then arrange overseas shipping. If the shipping does not work out, we may be able to refund you purchase.
Step 3: Get shipment pricing from our shipping partner.
The prices on our site include shipping from the product distributors to our U.S. facility. But does not include the overseas shipping.

- 5 Lbs cost $35 (flat fee)
- 10 Lbs cost $60 (flat fee)
- 11 Lbs. or more cost $5.50 per lb.
- 21 Lbs. or more cost $4.75 per lb.
- 50 Lbs. or more cost $4.50 per lb.
- 100 Lbs. or more cost $4.00 per lb.
- 300 Lbs. or more cost $3.85 per lb.
- 1 kg = 2.2 Lbs. (Pounds). 0.45 kg = 1 Lb.
Step 4: Complete your import forms.
During the cargo exporting process, shipments can be scrutinized by multiple different government agencies and other regulators. It is important that the documentation is filled out accurately. To see what forms you will need click here.
Step 5: Receiving your packages
We are able to coordinate the shipping of goods to many locations throughout the world. At this time, we have an international office in Uganda that helps service our operations in East Africa. Otherwise, we can use our shipping network to get your products safely to their final destination.
Shipping from our U.S. warehouse to locations in East Africa usually takes between 2-3 weeks, this can vary greatly depending on market conditions. Contact us directly to get the most up to date information.
